Hi guys! Posting a slightly blurry picture of the black bag progress from my manu! They're still working on the ship covers which take longer because of the cutting and gluing process. I'll share more once I get more updates from them.
Enamel pin ONLY rewards (people who only ordered pins, not bags! if you ordered an ita bag your pin will come inside the bag later) were all shipped out! Some of you have yet to fill out the survey so if you have not done it yet please do so! Production timeline still remains the same but will keep you guys updated. You can always email me at [email protected] if you are not sure whether you completed your survey or not. As always let me know if you guys have any questions! C:

I still have 9% of you who have not filled out the surveys for Backerkit. If you do not fill out your survey, I cannot ship out your rewards until you do so. (If you already filled out your survey or made a preorder from preorder store, please disregard this update.)

If you still cannot find your survey, please email me at [email protected] and I will send you a direct link. Please fill this out ASAP as I cannot guarantee that you will receive the items you want the later you fill this out, as production has already started.
Double check that your email inbox is not full so you can receive emails from both me and backerkit. If you have an apple ID and did not update me with an alternative email, you probably did not receive a survey email due to this. Please email me with your alternative email so I can send you the survey link.
My manufacturer is working hard on the bags and covers; I will post any updates once I get any! The estimated ship date is still April 2024 for now. Thanks and happy December to you all!

Hi all!
Hope you had a great weekend. Just wanted to pop in and let you know that all surveys are locked and cards were all charged. Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey in time and to those who have preordered via the preorder store. We currently have 89% of the surveys completed.
Some of you haven't finished your survey in time, which will lead to delays in your order and I won't be able to guarantee that the items you choose will be available later on. Please fill out your survey ASAP so you can get the ship covers and ita bag choices you'd like. (Survey is only for kickstarter backers, if you have ordered through preorder store you do not need to fill out the survey).
Some of your cards were declined for shipping & add-ons - this should have been notified to you via email. Please change / update the payment method ASAP so you can ensure your order in. If you have any questions regarding these, please email me at [email protected].
I have started production with my manufacturer for the ita bag project! From here on I cannot change an order or provide a refund as production has already begun and the funds have been sent in. It will take my manufacturer around 3-4 months to produce the bags, then another month for shipping via sea. I will be receiving progress updates and photos here and there so I will keep you guys updated for any new photos or potential delays.

Hi all!!
Just a reminder that surveys close in less than 48 hours from now - there are still some of you that haven't completed the survey yet! The deadline for the Backerkit survey is November 19th 2023 11:59PM EST. You will still be able to adjust your shipping address anytime even after the survey is locked though. Your card will be charged for shipping + any add-ons you additionally purchased on November 20th.
