Clarification for 2nd round of preorders

Hi everyone! Happy Thanksgiving! 

I wanted to post a quick update to clarify some details regarding the Backerkit orders, as I've had a few customers reach out with confusion.

Kickstarter Fulfillment (November 2023 Campaign):

The Kickstarter campaign from November 2023 has been fully completed and was fulfilled by July 2024. If you backed the campaign either through Kickstarter or the preorder store on Backerkit, your order should have already been shipped and delivered a few months ago.

Second Round of Preorders (August 2024 via Backerkit):

For those who placed orders during the second round of preorders through Backerkit in August 2024, your order is still in progress. We are targeting to fulfill these orders by early March or April 2025.

How to Check Your Order:

To see which round your order is part of, simply refer to your order confirmation email. That will help you determine if you were part of the first round of fulfillment (Kickstarter/Backerkit from November 2023) or the second round (Backerkit from August 2024).

Hi everyone! 

I wanted to pop in and let you know that replacement of the handbag handle straps came in, hence ALL ORDERS ARE FINALLY SHIPPED (or in midst of being shipped!)!! THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH for your patience and backing this project, it took way longer than I expected but you all were so respectful and patient, my fulfillment team and I appreciate it so so much. If you have any questions / issues regarding your order please email me at [email protected] ! 

Some of you wanted to buy more covers / bags / etc: I’ll have extra stock available on my Shopify store around mid August! I’ll post an update here once I have a set date. I don’t have that many grade A ita bags left, will try to sort through and let you know asap. I also will open another preorder round if the interest is still high after selling out our remainder bags. 

But that’s all for now. Thank you again so much for your support and trusting me throughout this process!! I am so forever grateful!! 

Action required for backers with handbag handle add-ons | Update on packing: 75% done, lost box :(

Hi everyone!
 

We are officially 75%-ish done with fulfillment! Unfortunately we had an abrupt issue come up during fulfillment and wanted to reach out to the backers who have added a handbag handle strap as their add-on. (If you already received your bag or tracking number please disregard this post) Unfortunately my fulfillment center lost the box that contains them; they have tried searching for the box for weeks now but it seems to be lost. I’m in the progress of ordering a replacement for the lost box but it will take 2-3 weeks for production to go through and arrive back to the center. Here’s a few options that my fulfillment center is offering at this point if you ordered a handbag handle as an add-on: 

1. We split ship your order, sending the straps next month, and everything else ASAP. (When you split the order you will not be charged extra shipping fees for it)
2. We refund the straps, and send everything else ASAP.
3. We hold your order until the straps arrive, and ship everything altogether.

Regardless of your choice from the above, you will not be charged extra fees for shipping or fulfillment. They will just need to know your preference so they can move forward with the remaining orders. 

My fulfillment center will be reaching out to all backers who have a handbag strap handle add-on in the next few days via email, so all you have to do is simply respond with your choice. If you do not see an email in the next 2 days please reach out to [email protected] to let them know which choice you would like to move forward with. Please make sure to indicate that your email and backer information so they can locate your information. 

I’m so sorry that there has been delays for the handbag handles add-ons. I did not expect this to happen mid way through fulfillment :( If you have any questions always feel free to comment here or dm me! Thank you!

Packing progress: Ita bag fulfillment is 50% done!

Hi All!! Hope you guys are having a great start to June. I’m here to update that 50%+ of our ita bag orders are now sent out to backers. We have around 400-ish more orders to pack and are hoping to send everything out in the next two weeks. My fulfillment center packs around 40-50 orders per business day, so please wait just a bit longer if you have not received a tracking number yet! For those who have received their bags so far, I hope you guys are happy with the bags and covers C: <3 

If you need any help regarding your shipping address with issues such as 1. you want to change your address / you're not sure if you have the correct address 2. you want us to hold onto your order until you move to a new address 3. you have an issue about your order / your order seems lost, you can reach out to [email protected] ! They will help you out regarding the shipping part. Please make sure to indicate that you need help regarding the ship ita bag and include your order number.
