Hi All!!
the ita bags and frames have ALL arrived to my fulfillment center, and we will start shipping everything out starting from next week! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your patience throughout the entire kickstarter. I am so excited for you guys to receive your bags and frames!
Just a heads up that because we have 900+ backers, it may take a few days or weeks for you to receive your tracking number. We are expecting everything to ship out before END OF MAY, so you will receive an email + tracking number sometime in the next few weeks. Please do not rush / ask my warehouse about packing or when your order would ship as they are working hard to make sure you receive your order safely.
At this point, all shipping addresses are LOCKED. But if you need any help regarding your shipping address, issues such as 1. you want to change your address 2. you want us to hold onto your order until you move to a new address 3. you have an issue about your order / your order seems lost, you can reach out to [email protected] ! They will help you out regarding the shipping part. Please make sure to indicate that you need help regarding the ship ita bag and include your order number.

TLDR: Shipping addresses will be locked in 48 hours so please make adjustments if you need to (ex: you moved recently / need someone else to receive the package) You will not be able to make changes once it is locked. PLEASE MAKE ADDRESS ADJUSTMENTS THROUGH YOUR KS SURVEY DIRECTLY. IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR SURVEY EMAIL ME.
Hi all!! hope you guys are having a fantastic month so far! The ship frames have finally arrived to my warehouse, and we are waiting on the ita bags to arrive now which I think will be at most another 1.5-2 weeks, it is going through customs at this moment! All ita bag orders will start being fulfilled end of May if all goes smoothly from here.
I sent out a final notice for you guys to finalize your shipping address so that we can start shipping smoothly once everything is ready. PLEASE FINALIZE / CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS otherwise it will be sent to the wrong address if you have recently moved!

Hi all!
Hope you guys are having a wonderful April so far C: I wanted to pop in and let you know that the bags have all officially shipped to me and are on their way! I was told it would be around mid May when everything all arrives to my warehouse. I will of course update you guys when everything starts shipping out to you guys as well.
I'll be a sending out a final notice to change your address around early May so we can start packing orders smoothly. Once I send a final notice you will be given 48 hours to make your final address changes. Until then, if you would like to change your address at anytime you can do so by re-accessing your survey. Please make sure you have the correct address as once we send out orders we cannot adjust the address. If you are having a hard time accessing your survey please email me!
Leftover / extra stock of frames, bags, straps, etc will go online once all the rewards and preorders are sent out. This will be a way later announcement but some of you guys were curious so wanted to put that information here!
I also wanted to just mention how much I appreciate you guys being patient throughout this process. This was my first ever ita bag project so I'm learning a lot, and seeing you guys excited to receive the bags from online comments or in person at cons have been really encouraging me throughout. Thank you so, so much for your patience and for backing this project. The next time I'll post an update is when the bags are all at my warehouse and we start preparing to ship, so around mid/ end of may. As always, if you have any questions please email me anytime!

Hi everyone!
The end of march is approaching and my manufacturer said everything will be finished and shipped by April 5th. From there it will take around a month via sea freight to ship to my warehouse! So estimated shipping is still around May 2024 for all backers. I was hoping that things would ship faster but with the chinese new year break I think the factory had some minor delays. As always, if you have any other questions please comment here or email me at [email protected]! I really appreciate every one of you for being so patient with me throughout the process, the cutting of the ship frames I think is taking a while :")
Also, if you ever have to change your shipping address you can do so by reaccessing your survey. If you are having a hard time finding your survey please email me! I also will post a final warning to change/finalize your shipping address before shipping all the items as well.
At this point if you still have not completed your survey (if you did not receive a direct message / email from me then you have completed your survey so do not worry!), I cannot provide a refund for the items as it is already produced, so please please complete your survey so you can get your items.
Mid-update: Bags are done producing, Covers are currently in progress!
